Why Write In Michelle Craig?
The People's Candidate—Not the Purchased Ballot
I am running as a write-in candidate because I want to break the pipeline that pushes party-approved and corporate-approved candidates into public office. I refuse to become another sincere voice slowly softened, shaped, and swallowed by the machinery of party corruption.
I am not accepting money from individuals or organized interests that may expect favors in return. My campaign is built on one conviction: public office should be powered by people, not purchased by PACs; led by conscience, not controlled by consultants; and rooted in service, not ruled by special interests.
A write-in campaign challenges the assumption that voters only have two choices. It requires deliberate action—but that is part of its power. Writing in Michelle Craig is a choice for representation over resignation and a reminder that public office begins with the consent of the people, not the permission of a political party.

Freedom is one of the most celebrated ideas in American life, but we rarely stop to ask what it truly means. Is a person genuinely free simply because certain rights exist on paper?
